AARP’s Best Employers Winner Expands Internal Communication with Digital Signage

FCCI Insurance Group, winner of AARP’s Best Employers awards opts for CAYIN’s digital signage solutions for better internal communication.
Based out of Sarasota, Florida, FCCI Insurance Group has provided commercial property and casualty insurance since 1995 for over 18,000 properties across the US. FCCI Insurance Group was deemed worthy by its employees, for being voted the Best Companies to Work for, Top Workplaces and AARP's Best Employers for consecutive years between 2009 and 2013.
Understanding that better internal communication will make happier employees, and thus bring in greater businesses, FCCI Insurance Group is constantly striving to improve its working environment, by seeking for ways to simplify the connections among corporation, employees, and onsite visitors. In search for systems to replace traditional message boards, the FCCI team reached out to the professional digital signage solution provider at MediaVision Solutions.
Initially, MediaVision Solutions implemented two players at the company’s headquarter to replace the monthly cafeteria menu, and to act as lobby announcement boards. Appreciating the difference digital signage makes in transmitting messages and the ease of managing contents and schedules with the SMP-NEO UI, the FCCI team decided to expand the network to 3 additional regional offices, with a total of 5 SMP players and 6 displays.
