This is caused by browser cookies. When you use a browser, the system stores certain information from the website in the cache and cookies, allowing the same settings to be applied the next time you visit the site, reducing the need for repetitive inputs. Therefore, please clear your browser cookies.

PC Edition

    1. Keyboard Shortcuts

        Press CTRL + F5 or CTRL + SHIFT + R.

    1. Clear Cookies in Chrome

      1. Open Google Chrome.
      2. At the top right, click the ”More” icon ”⋮”.
      3. Click “More tools”.
      4. Click “Clear browsing data”.
      5. Select “Basic” tab and tick the option “Cookies and other site data”.
      6. Click “Clear data” button.

    1. Clear Cookies in Firefox

      1. Open Firefox.
      2. Click on the "More" icon in the upper right corner of the browser.
      3. Click “Settings”.
      4. Click “Privacy & Security” tab.
      5. Locate “Cookies and Site Data” settings.
      6. Click “Manage Data”.
      7. Locate the device’s URL and click on the item.
      8. Click “Remove Selected”.
      9. Click “Save Changes”.

    1. Clear Cookies in Microsoft Edge

      1. Open Microsoft Edge.
      2. Click on the "More" icon “…” in the upper right corner of the browser.
      3. Click “Settings”.
      4. Click “Privacy, search, and services” tab.
      5. Locate “Clear browsing data”.
      6. At the "Clear browsing data now" section, click on "Choose what to clear."
      7. Set the time rage for clearing history.
      8. Tick the option “Cookies and other site data”.
      9. Click “Clear now”.

Phone and Tablet Edition

    1. iPhone, iPad: Clear Cookies in Safari

      1. Go to “Settings” > “Safari”.
      2. tap “Clear History and Website Data”.

      1. Open Chrome.
      2. Tap the "More" icon “…” at the bottom of the browser.
      3. Tap “History”.
      4. Tap “Clear Browsing Data” at the bottom.
      5. Set the time range.
      6. Make sure there’s a check mark next to “Cookies, Site Data”.
      7. Tap “Done”.

      3. Tap “History”.
      4. Tap “Clear browsing data” at the top.
      5. Set the time range.
