Super Monitor is the professional management software dedicated for CAYIN’s digital signage network. As the Windows®-based package software, Super Monitor assists administrators to monitor and manage multiple selected CMS servers and all SMP players, connected to those CMS servers, by simply clicking, selecting, and drag-n-drop.

Easy Central Management
You can monitor the live status of multiple CMS servers and all SMP players, controlled by those CMS servers, at the same time. With Super Monitor, you can check the system status of each SMP player and also change some settings without entering the Web Manager of each SMP player.
Clear Management UI
The user interface of Super Monitor is composed of three major windows:
1. Group Tree View:
Display CMS servers, groups, and SMP players in a clear hierarchical menu. 2. Player View:
Display the connection status and basic system information about selected SMP players in a table. 3. Status View:
Status View: Display detailed information about selected SMP players in a tab menu.
Flexible Platform for Reorganization
With Super Monitor, administrators can easily move a SMP player to a different group or a different CMS server by simple drag-n-drop. You can also change the hostname of a SMP player or a CMS server in Super Monitor without entering the Web Manager one by one.
Monitoring Live Status
In the Status View, you can monitor the live playback status of each SMP player by checking the current playlist and a preview of screen. You can also check if a SMP player is successfully performing content update from the CMS server. You can always watch the content update status by tracking the history records.
Alert Mechanism Super Monitor provides a clear symbol for administrators to distinguish the disconnected CMS servers and SMP players from the normal ones. Super Monitor can even send alert Email to pre-assigned users who will receive notification whenever the status of SMP players is changed.
Easy Maintenance
Administrators can check or export the Log records of each SMP player. With Super Monitor, administrators can check the patch records of each SMP player and also update patches to all connected SMP players easily.
Trigger Emergency Events
Administrators can trigger emergency events through in Super Monitor, so that those enabled players will playback the pre-configured emergency contents.
Integration with Super Reporter
The player profile in Super Monitor can be imported into Super Reporter, so that the same database can be shared.
